Job Summary:
We are seeking customer-focused and efficient Call Center Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests related to products or services
Provide information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues
Achieve performance metrics, including call resolution and customer satisfaction scores
Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
Document and update customer information in the CRM system
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company privacy policies

Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy
Excellent listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
