What Will You Be Doing?
As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our patients feel welcome and cared for from the moment they walk in. Here’s a closer look at your daily responsibilities:

Welcome patients warmly: Be the first friendly face patients see and guide them through the check-in process.
Manage appointments: Book, cancel, or reschedule appointments to ensure the practice runs smoothly.
Answer calls and emails: Assist patients with their queries in a polite and professional manner.
Keep records up to date: Help maintain accurate patient information and files.
Support the team: Assist doctors and nurses by preparing files or passing on messages.
Ensure a welcoming environment: Keep the reception area clean and inviting for patients and visitors.

Grade 12 (Matric): This is the only qualification you need to apply!

Friendly and professional attitude: You make others feel welcome and respected.
Basic computer skills: You’ll be working with appointment booking systems and emails.
Previous experience as a receptionist is helpful but not necessary—we’ll provide training and support to help you succeed!
