Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Shop Associates to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist customers in finding the right products, and contribute to achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide assistance with product inquiries and recommendations
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a tidy store environment
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and store policies
Assist with inventory management, ensuring products are stocked and organized
Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Assist with store displays, merchandising, and visual organization
Monitor and report on store sales performance and trends
Ensure store security and follow loss prevention protocols
Support team members in daily store operations

Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
A proactive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a team
